Therefore you do not have additional costs for hardware and the related supports costs normally faced with in-house infrastructure.

For the OFFICE all you need is a PC with an Internet Connection..

Since the dispatching and office functions are web-based all you require is your standard web browser (Internet Explorer) running on a computer with a minimum resolution of 800px by 600px.

In the FIELD technicians use a mobile device (i.e. any Note Book with MS Widows or a PDA with MS Windows Mobile 5 or 6 that doubles as a phone and data collection device).

Mobilio's software is installed on the mobile device. This results in a very small footprint for data transmission that typically enable our clients to enjoy the cost savings by subscribing to their carrier's the minimum data plan. Having the application running independently on the device also means that the technician can continue to use Mobilio even when the data connection is not available, such as hospitals, underground, etc.

With portable devices in the field you can have printers, signature capture and the flexibility of multiple methods of internet connectivity.
